In her role, Rini leads 3500+ contact center representatives and support staff across North America, Nearshore and Offshore within Velera and their partners. The contact center takes over 24million calls 24/7 365 days a year. Troy is a retired US AirForce Major. Their daughter, Vailynne is 12 years old and in the 7th grade at Academy of the Holy Names. She loves Lacrosse and has been on the Tampa Palms travel team for 5 years. Our family loves to travel and enjoy sports. We are avid Bucs, Bolts and Rays fans!

Patrick and Véronique met in high school in Montreal, Canada. They moved to Tampa in 2016, with their 2 children Alexis and Naomie, then 14 and 12. The kids who are now 22 and 20, are still in Canada working in Montreal and studying in Toronto. Patrick and Véronique love Tampa and spend their time between Tampa and Montreal, and the rest of the world!

John and Lauren Wohlwend spent much of their childhood in Sarasota, FL where they reside today. After attending the University of Florida, John moved to Los Angeles to work in film production before landing at Creative Artists Agency representing actors from Film and TV. Returning to Florida 4 years later, John began working at Crush-It.

Returning to Florida 4 years later, John began working at Crush-It. He oversaw its geographic expansion into multiple states before purchasing the business at the beginning of 2017. The company has since diversified into multiple lines of aggregate recycling across the Southeastern United States producing over 9 million tons annually. Lauren attended Florida State University before moving to New York to work in the fashion industry. She returned to Florida and started in medical device sales where she led the largest volume region in the US before her company was acquired. John and Lauren have been married since 2016 and they have two children, Selby and Graham. They are often found on the tennis courts in their spare time and are active members of Church of the Palms.
